Return / Exchange are not applicable on product/s purchased in Sale or Offer.

Returns / exchange process must be initiated by you within 24 hours after receipt of the product/s, unfortunately we cannot accept refund / exchange after 24 hours.

The product/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received in.

Return / exchange is not applicable for altered products in case of apparels.

Please note Nizkaya will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the product/s after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and other normal wear and tear.

To return an item, the customer must write to us at sales@nizkaya.com , a prompt response is assured to your mails.

Nizkaya reserves the right to refuse return or exchange if found not valid, in such cases the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.

Once we confirm the acceptance of return / exchange kindly pack the product/s along with the original packing roll and bubble wrap in Tamper Proof Courier Polybag provided with the original order. We will arrange for the pickup through our courier partners. The courier label will be sent by email which is needed to be printed & pasted on the parcel. Please be available at the time of pickup.

If in case of any area pincode is not serviceable for pickup then the parcel has to be shipped by you at the address mentioned on the invoice and email us the receipt of the courier at sales@nizkaya.com mentioning the order details. The courier charges will be reimbursed to the customer’s account at the time of refund.

Refund (excluding shipping charges) will be initiated within 4-5 banking days from the date of receipt of the product/s in original condition.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags

(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

(c)  Unidentified packages sent to Nizkaya may not be returned to the sender.

(d) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Returns and Exchanges(Outside India)

We do not have a exchange / return / refund policy outside India for any products.

Nizkaya is a family owned brand entity and we pride ourselves in giving the best quality products. So you can be rest assured that the quality of the products received and we are confident it will surpass your expectations.

Most of the products listed on the website are clicked under Professional Photo Shoot studio lights & there might be a slight variation in terms of colour when the actual product is delivered.
